Portugal. Need inspiration and tricks

Hi,
I hope to be able to leave Italy for a trip in Portugal. Porto my first destination.
Obviously my pokets don't like great hotels...I need some inspirations to sleep with few euros
I travel alone with my tent.
Some ideas?

In porto the old train tunnels running along the road above the river are great places to sleep. Just clear your sleeping spot before you lay down ;D
