That soy cheese, it really is great. I was actually pretty stoked to find it was made here in Oregon. When I lived in Memphis I used to shop at the Squash Blossom, they always carried some organic Oregon stuff. A wee bit of home in the middle of the bible belt, ahhhh. -ARROW
