Nice thoughts on Art. I'm sometimes frustrated at how much of an identity crisis the art scene is. Why do we need some girl's period splattered on a canvas to advocate for women's liberation, when they can just get vocal? I like art, but I often wish I didn't, and could focus more on simple traditional, timeless music, which doesn't change every year like modern art does. Some art snobs seem to define art as something that shocks...I can't stand shock art. This is probably not what you were talking about.
