Nihilum

Hi, so i've always loved the travel and adventure mindset. Seeing the world and all the new places. Finding things off the beaten path so to speak. I've always been told I would have to conform to the way things are, and as a result this has fostered a deep sense of unease, rampant anxiety, and a fatalistic attitude. Of all the things i've ever wanted to do i've wanted to travel, to see the world, to find my place in it, and to write about my experiences. I've never done this, well at least not to my satisfaction. I've just settled most of my life for barely getting by and it's hurt me, after launching my business in early 2017 it failed, taking my savings, my home, and everything else with it. Well now I find myself homeless and without any real restrictions on my freedom other than those imposed by an overzealous public at large that don't like non-conformity. Right now it is my goal to write about this group in specific, about how the road lifestyle of earlier generations still lives on today, and some of the hardships and beauty that can be found daily. I'm planning on submitting this to Vice news, in the hopes that they might publish the story or follow up with a news report on it. This may still be wishful thinking, I might fail if I try, but I do know I will fail if I don't even try at all. Help me NOT play it safe, and as poet laureate Robert Frost once said, " I took the one less traveled by".
