Veil of reality

Currently I'm working for the man but dream of the day I can hit the road in a van and explore the country.

Fine, I'm not as hardcore as many others on this blog but I feel more comfortable here than I do on the other blogs which I find boring. Everyone here is so real.

I'm interested in reading everyone's stories and experiences and learning more. Obviously my TV doesn't have any real information to offer so this board is like a window into a part of society I know little about but I admire.

Last year I helped pull a guy's car out of the sand by a nearby river I go camping at. Good guy. I looked at his car and thought: Damn this guy has everything! Back seat was full of equipment.

It was only later that I realized he wasn't camping...he was living out of his car.

I've been interested ever since.
