Thinking of taking the dirty dog to El Centro rather than looking for a new car here in Indy. Question is how tough is it to get from El Centro to Slab? Advice appreciated thanks.

As @EphemeralStick mentioned, it's quite easy. bus runs daily 2-3 times a day and only costs a dollar.
