Russian Homeless Man Has Ankles Necrotic and Swarming with Maggots

A Russian homeless man with strangely peaceful look on his face has both his ankles swarming with maggots due to necrotic flesh. The man is probably a diabetic and is not getting adequate blood supply to his lower extremities. As a result, the flesh on his lower legs turned necrotic and all it took from there was for a fly to land on it and deposit eggs.

They are eating the flesh as it decays, keeping up as rotting flesh becomes available. Take the maggots away and he'll probably die in a couple days without medical care.
 
This reminds me of something a watched a few months ago. It's fucked up what some people will do to themselves... It's like heroin, but much, much worse... It's a bunch of different pharmaceuticals mixed together with gasoline.

I watched the video while listening to Litergy (a death metal band) and they worked nicely together. I'm going to have terrible nightmares tonight.

This documentary makes me so fucking glad that I don't do needle drugs anymore.

Yep, at a certain level of scumfuckery maggots go from disgusting ruiners of meals to healthy little symbiotic friends!
 
I remember seeing a GIF of that video a while back and thought DAMN that dude was lucky to have the maggots munching on it. Didn't he end up getting cleaned up at a hospital?
 
To be fair, that's some russian homebum; I've seen some pretty bad feet on the road (remember, kids, MRSA is not a pet), but nothing approaching that.
