When I was living in Colorado and hiking Pike National Forest, I ran into 90 year olds that looked like in their 60s I was fooled! They were very healthy! Age is just a number. Go for it!!!

3 years ago I was on a a bicycle trip and I broke my leg now just healing after three operations it's getting better just very slowly
