Hello everyone, we've been making an effort to strengthen our network which starts with moving all of our higher-traffic websites onto DDOS protected networks provided by PATH.NET.
Around 2024-03-26 16:22:25 EST I noticed a network configuration issue that meant the two IP addresses we leased were now being responded by one. So, if someone made a request to the secondary IP then the response would come back on the main IP.
As of 2024-03-26 18:33:04 EST, everything should be back online. We may see more downtime once we deprecate the secondary (non-protected) IP, but that shouldn't be more than 30 minutes.
ELI5: I misconfigured the network temporarily while working to make the site more secure, but everything is working again.
