i want know if it is chill there with the cops an can you make good money flying a sighn there. cool peoples to chill with and good connections with weed. im ready to be a beach bum again and get fucked up everyday while wacthing the sunset. listen to some sublime. look at some fine ass bitches and get some sand in that coochie while boning her. anyways that my good dream i had last night that and a cat trying to kill me. that will go in the story thread.
 
Santa Barbara sucked when I was there but just north of there is Isla Vista where the University of Santa Barbara is and it was pretty chill out there.
 
Hit up the farmers market it's every Friday I think... Lots of white boxes..
Don't smoke ciggys on in town.. A bitch cop on a bike named Bianca or some shit will bust you're ass..
We didn't even bother flying.. We had a cool camp next to some homebum tweakers in a tent with lots of bud and stayed put pretty much..
 
*** check the woods next across from the army surplus store on marsh or something.. If the tweakers are there, they are super cool with travers and they aren't sketchy... They will let you camp by them and you're set.. Look for the skinny bald guy in hippy patch pants..

Look for a tall blonde kid on a skate board named ghost... He's up and down state st and at "needles" park all day long.. He's resourceful.. California kitchen in that little mall area kicked down...

If you beg on state st. like all the other bums do your good to go. But if you take it to the off ramp the cops will shut you down if they see you. At least thats how was 3+ years ago when i used to frequent that area. Isla Vista is the shit. Community bicycles fo life!
