Not sure if you're joking or not but Slab City isn't like Disneyland. There's no tickets, no long lines, and probably a lot more meth.*

it's free! you get what you pay for in all directions. i personally enjoyed being one of the dregs of california in front of a bunch of preppy vacationers. the look of horror on their faces has become a priceless memory.

@Sheikara , don't worry, Slab City is just a city (un)like any other you've been to. Except there's less law enforcement, no plumbing or electricity, and in the middle of a desert.
It doesn't "cost" anything to go there, but I would strongly advise bringing your own supplies, namely
- Water
- Food
- Shelter
- Skills/Knowledge/Booze/Etc. to share ::eyepatch::

I'd prefer to think of the slabs more like a freak show or carnival... Free to walk in but it could cost you everything to get out.....
