Wrongful Termination - good intro website or wanna help me out?

How do I go about seeking pay for wrongful termination, or unemployment, in CA? Would my ex-employer be paying me or would the state? I dont wanna do it if its coming from yalls or my pocket.

Why? My hothead employer fired me for the second time, after apologizing for flipping out and being an asshole the first time and asking me to come back.
