Bikecentennial and other such Trails

Has anyone ever biked the Bikecentennial? I have looked and looked, but all I can ever find are ad's to buy the map book, and it's pricey.

I have found websites and free maps for Bike (Insert State Name Here), but they are always aweful routes. I have heard that the Bikecentennial is supposed to be extremely bike friendly, with campgrounds and stuff.
