Hi my Name is AJ. I'm looking to get from Iowa to Reno, Nevada with my Senior dog, Jada who is 16 years old. I'm new to this and not sure what to do to get started exactly. I've let everything go. Job, him and waiting to sell my car for money for the trip. My mom will be widowed soon and has been on the streets. She needs my help!

Sorry to hear about your situation. That sounds really rough.

With an old dog like that, you're probably gonna want to stick to ride shares and hitching. And stay away from Rainbow if you don't know your way around yet. Easy entry, but greenhorns are a mark for scams in that community in the midwest.
