Welcome to STP! There is a guy named Patrick - small guy with dreads who is usually on Monroe Ave or Park Ave busking and/or flying a sign. Has a Uke in his backpack and can be seen traveling with guitar as well. I have some travelers coming in soon - one on Friday - he's here to see the dark star orchestra concert at frontier field friday night.
