Been travelling for a few years. I'm in Seattle now for a minute. Since July, 2014 I went from Nola to Chicago, then to Eugene and now up here. Want to head down to Arcata and Eureka. See if I can find old relatives and hug a big ol'Redwood. Than I am itching to get back to NOLA. Would really appreciate tips or places to sleep, eat, shower, busk, shit. Looking to meet decent honest folks.
 
Awww - It's lovely to hug an old redwood!!! I was at Muir Woods some years ago and it wad soooo lovely - even ran into a red tailed dear taking it's time wandering down the much traveled path. Lovely smells there too! Welcome here! And if ya ever get to upstate NY, I can have a couch surfing place for you.

If you are going to be in seattle a bit then you can shower at the urban rest stop, home bums use it and you have to be there pretty early or wait all for a "time" and they only give you 15 minutes but hey thats better than 0 minutes. You can also wash clothes there, and shit. I am going to be here a while as well itching to get out as well but I got to take care of stuff first. Welcome to the board I am new as well. :)
 
Find the beaches! usually drinking fountains and outdoor/indoor showers depending on where you at! waters usually cold as ice but it'll get ya clean, and there are some lovely places in the Seattle area, i love it out there! I'm in Florida now hating it, leaving soon!
